All custom orders for sofas, loveseats , side chairs, bar stools, stools etc. are available in various fabrics, finishes, leathers and dressmaker details. Pricing is determined by grade of fabric and grade of leather. Additional details will be quoted separately depending on requirements. Swatches are sent via mail or courier depending on location. Quotes will be provided for shipping of fabric, finishes, leather or trim samples via email request. Due to the nature of hand crafted items, some variances can occur with color representation and dye lots. When ordering a custom item, we recommend you order any additional dressmaker details at the same time as placing the order to ensure the same dye lot (example: adding extra pillows in the same fabric as the main upholstered item). This ensures a seamless color match. By purchasing a custom made item, you also agree to the lead time it takes to make the item. Should you require white glove delivery (un-packaged and brought into your home and set up for you), please request this upon placing your order. There will be extra charges associated with this service. Pricing varies depending on delivery companies in your area. It is also recommended for high price items, to purchase extra insurance to protect your custom made item. Payment for custom made items are to be paid in full before placing your order. Shipping costs can be paid once the item is ready to be shipped.
Our goal is to provide you with incredibly beautiful custom made items. However, there is handling, crating, and transportation costs involved in getting your exquisite item delivered to you safely. We are experts in shipping and delivery, and will make every effort to ensure your product is delivered with the most efficient and cost effective method. In order to do so, we ask that you make sure you inspect your item before you sign off. Inspect the package for any damage or any defects in craftsmanship. Be sure to take photos of any damages should they occur before signing off. Also, make sure you write any damages done to the custom item on the Bill of Lading so it is recorded. A copy of the Bill of Lading will be given to you by the shipping company for your records. By signing off on your custom made furniture or item which has not been damaged or flawed, you agree that the furniture or item has arrived safely. If there are damages or flaws to the item you ordered, you must file a damage claim with the shipper immediately and contact our customer service department by sending an email to us, along with the photos of the damage or flaw. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
All sales are final. I Design Shopping does not accept returns or exchanges on custom made items. However, should the item be damaged upon delivery and confirmed by the shipping company and our company within 3 business days of receiving the product, we will do what we can to rectify the damage. Should the damage be beyond repair, we will replace the item at no charge to you. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and it is our goal to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
ETA - Estimated Arrival Date
We do our best to ensure your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. However, estimated arrival dates are based on industry averages and we cannot offer any monetary compensation for unseen delays. If a delay should occur, we will notify you.
All dimensions have been provided for the custom items on our website. It is imperative you measure the height and width of hallways and door entryways to ensure your custom furniture will be easily moved into your ideal location. You will need to make sure there is enough clearance so as to not damage your furniture once it has been inspected and brought into your home. You have patiently waited for your custom piece to arrive, so please double check all dimensions before ordering so you can have peace of mind knowing your custom made item will fit in your home and be placed in your ideal location. Be aware of physical intrusions such as ceiling fans, stairway angles, banisters etc. Be very aware of the entire pathway from the delivery truck and into your home to ensure that you have calculated all possibilities.
