How will my order ship? We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Import duties, where applicable, are included in the price of the item. However, custom made items are subject to import and duty fees. We will contact you once the order is ready for shipping to ensure we give you the exact pricing to import and deliver your product safely to your door. A shipping surcharge may be applied to remote areas. Our customer service department will confirm this once we validate the shipping address.
Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a delivery note on your door to ensure proper execution of your package as per your request. In order to execute your delivery safely to your door, we utilize local delivery terminals/warehouses which receive your order. Our selected delivery companies will pre-inspect your product for any visible damage and note any discrepancies. Once inspection has been made, the item will be released for delivery. The warehouse/delivery company will contact you to make arrangements for delivery to your home.
Large Parcel Delivery Methods: (Option available to you)
Curbside - (You Unload)
A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home within a pre-determined appointment window. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand. You will be responsible for any removal of packaging material. The delivery company will not dispose of the packaging waste.

All-Inclusive Delivery & Assembly - (white glove)
Our easiest, no-sweat method. A delivery team will bring your items inside and place them in the room of your choice. Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.
- Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)
- Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.

Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse, plus 5-10 business days in transit for delivery. Also note, at times there may be a delay at the US boarder for processing time. This delay can extend beyond 5 business days. The delays could include weather interruptions or inspection of cargo. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We appreciate your patience.
Once we receive the order from our customer, we will confirm the order via email to notify you we have received the information. We will also notify you when the order is due to ship. You can contact us at any time to find out the ETA (Estimated Arrival Date) of your order. Note: the dates are estimated and can vary, so please keep this in mind. We will ensure our best to get your product delivered safely and in a timely manner so you can enjoy your newly purchased item/s.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Our policy is to pre-inspect all packaging for damage when the item/s arrives in our pre-selected terminals/warehouses. Should we note damage to the exterior of the package, it will be noted on the bill of lading and our customer service department will be notified. Depending on which delivery method you prefer, unpacking an order may not be conducted at our receiving warehouse, therefore, it is essential you inspect your package upon arrival to your home for any visible dents, marks etc. on the exterior packaging. Should there be damage to the item inside the packaging, you have three business days to report the damage via email to our customer service department. If you do not report the damage within this time frame, we cannot replace or return your item for a refund. We are firm on this policy.
For the white glove delivery service to your home, most, if not all packaging material will be removed before the product is delivered to your home. Your product will be inspected by the receiving warehouse and stored until the product is ready for delivery. When the item is delivered to your home, a signature is required to sign off on your delivery confirming the item has been delivered safely.
What if I do not like my product I ordered?
Once an order is placed on our E Commerce website, we cannot offer a return policy if you do not like your item. Take your time and make sure the item you ordered is what you want. We do not offer refunds for unwanted items you order. Ensure you love the item and this will save you any disappointment knowing it cannot be returned.
How do I care for my product?
If you have ordered a product that requires maintenance such as leather, you can purchase leather care kits which can be applied to your product once a year to keep it looking it's best. When placing your furniture in your home, consider well lit areas where the sun can cause fading to the fabric or leather over time. For items such as tables, we recommend using a damp cloth for cleaning and dust maintenance.
Warranty for my product?
I Design Shopping and our affiliate design firm website I Design Group does not warrant any of the products we sell on our website. A one year manufacturers warranty is standard and subject to restrictions according to each manufacturer. Contact us if you require information regarding the limited warranty.
